Catella brokers a total of 15,000 square metres rental office space in Düsseldorf

During the last few months, Catella has arranged new lease contracts for more than 15,000 square metres of office space in Düsseldorf and surrounding areas. Among others, the real estate agency assisted the luxury label Dolce & Gabbana with finding a new home. The Italian company was looking for premises in Düsseldorf to house its headquarters in Germany. The fashion designer finally rented a ground floor area with approximately 1,200 square metres floor space in the Medienhafen district of the state capital.

In Dortmund, Catella procured about 6,000 square metres for Deutsche Angestellten-Krankenkasse (a major health insurance organisation). Catella also assisted the multi-national IT service provider Tecon Group in its search for office space. Tecon Group rented 1,255 square metres at the newly developed "Place 4" business centre in Ratingen.
