Catella advises in the sale of Sannergata 2, Oslo

On 29 December 2011 Pareto Project Finance signed an agreement to acquire an office property located on Sannergata 2 in Oslo from DNB Livsforsikring. The purchase sum exceeded NOK 600 million. Catella was advisor to DNB Livsforsikring in the sale.

The property is fully let to government tenant NAV with a remaining lease term of 11 years. The building was constructed in 2003 and is of high technical standard and generates a modern office solution, including efficient floor plans and flexible office spaces. The building consists of 10 floors spread over more than 20,000 sq.m., of which 18,300 sq.m. is office space.
